Iron Deficencies

Those suffering from iron deficiencies through a blood disorder such as anemia have trouble supplementing their iron intake.  I personally am anemic and find that my energy and strength are low because of this.

At first I started taking elemental iron supplement pills (like ferrous sulfate) but I found that I wasn't getting adequate absorption and the pills were disturbing my digestion day to day.  The solution I found was a liquid iron and herbs supplement called Floradix.

Developed and made in Germany, the Floradix Iron + Herbs supplement is comprised of a highly absorbable type of iron called iron gluconate.  It also contains B and C vitamins to boost this absorption, herbal extracts to help digestion, and fruit juices to balance stomach acidity.

All in all, Germans make great products (LOL!) and Floradix has helped me to regain energy and piece of mind.  This product and many other supplements can be found at your local natural foods store.  ENJOY!

Well,

How do some get around the fact that excessive iron in males causes impotency?

If this is just a spam add OK but if it is a medical project to discuss we may need a little more science as the basis.

First of all, I am by no means an expert on the subject.

Secondly, what I blog about is from personal experience as a person with crohn's disease and other illnesses.

As for what liquid iron intake I get from Floradix (a product I swear by), I am experiencing no ill side-effects since I started taking it a few months ago. I do have a medicine prescription that I'm no supposed to take with iron Supplements, but I just adjust my medicine schedule and it doesn't bother me.

I recommend thorough research of your ailments and allergies before starting a supplemental or herbal regiment.

Oh, this is a serious blog. Thanks

I recall some years back a young lady had this and was going to have some lower intestines removed and I found and article which she showed her doctor where they gave her microscopic worms in a drink in which it was said our more sterile modern life killed them off after 50000 years of adapting with them.

Alas, I lost track of her so I do not know the outcome but months later the procedure was on an ABC news special.

Yet, many people working in the area seem still unaware of this finding that or it is many things to which simple solutions may not work in all cases.

This could actually be an informative and useful idea for a blog. Iron is a cosmic mystery- I am glad something works for you.

The PeSla, nobody in particular either but a little interested in the health struggle of friends and the general research.

The Dr. Oz show and some information on this last week and actually showed the worms- for IBS anyway.

Recently there is a discovery that there are three distinct ecologies in the human gut regardless of race or gender, these even have names.
